Tables > Find tables is a shortcut to the ordinary reservations filter, with the table columns already set up. Use it when you want to look something up across several days — who sat at table 7 last week, what time Saturday's guests came in — because that is not what the guest list is for: that one covers a single day.
Which columns you get
- the object or product of the reservation;
- the customer;
- the assigned tables;
- the number of participants;
- the date, the start time and the end time;
- the moment the guests were seated;
- the moment they checked out;
- the table occupation status.
Working on in the filter
From here everything works as in any other filter: searching, sorting, saving and exporting. See What is a filter? and adjusting the columns of a filter if you want to change the setup.
Rights
You need the menu_floorplan_tablesearch right to see the menu item. That right only opens the menu item: what you get to see in the filter is governed by your regular booking rights.
