Shows the Guest list menu item and grants access to the guest list screen.

Description
With this right, Guest list appears in the sidebar under Tables, with a counter next to it: the number of reservations still expected today on the default floorplan (booked, but not yet seated or gone).
The guest list screen checks this right again, so opening the page directly without the right gives no access.
The Tables menu block only appears when the floor plan module is active and the user holds at least one of these three rights: this one, menu_floorplan_tablesearch or menu_confmod_floorplan.
