Description
Grants access to the guestlist.get operation: the guest list of one day on one floorplan — per reservation the table, the zone and whether the guest has arrived. Optionally narrowed to one table, one zone or a set of statuses. This tool only reads; it changes nothing.
The tool right is necessary but never sufficient. Four thresholds apply at once: the master right tool_operations_use, this tool right, and on top of that the ordinary rights menu_guestlist and entity_booking_read — whoever may not see the guest list in the screens does not see it through AI either.
Without a logged-in user everything is refused, reads included: the operations catalogue has no anonymous door.
