Floorplan settings

Under Configuration > Modules > Floorplans - Settings you determine how the floorplan works together with your bookings. These settings apply to the whole licence, not per floorplan.

Table occupation statuses

The floorplan works with three moments in the life of a booking. You link each moment to a booking status you already use:

• Status reserved — the table is claimed, but the guests have not arrived.
• Status seated — the guests have arrived and are at the table.
• Status checked out — the guests have left and the table becomes available again.

As soon as you click Check in or Check out in the viewer or the guest list, i-Reserve sets the booking to the status you chose here. If these three are not set correctly, the table status changes but the booking status does not — and then your reports and filters diverge from what you see in the room.

Viewer display

Extra questions to show determines which extra questions are visible with each booking in the viewer — and can be edited there as well. Think of allergies or an occasion. Questions are matched by name: the same question on several products counts once.

Default floorplan (guest list) is the floorplan the guest list opens with. Leave it empty and i-Reserve uses the first active floorplan.

Rights

This screen requires the menu_confmod_floorplan right. The same right gives access to Floorplans and Guest preferences.
