Finding a reservation again

A guest calls about "that reservation last Thursday" and spells their own surname slightly differently than you wrote it down. The search screen is for that, not the roster.

What to search on

The phone number works better than the name. Names get misheard and misspelled; a number does not. Which is exactly why you always note it when taking the booking.

Reservations in the past

The roster shows what is still to come. If you are looking for something from last month — for a complaint, an invoice or a returning guest — you will not find it there. Use the search screen and set a generous period.
